Steve Valach is the longtime Head Football Coach at Liberty High School in Issaquah, Washington. A Pacific Lutheran University alum, he has led the Liberty Patriots for 25+ years. Under his guidance, the team has made 7 state playoff appearances—including two trips to the state championship game—while earning multiple KingCo 3A Coach of the Year honors and the 2009 Seattle Seahawks High School Coach of the Year award. Coach Valach is widely respected as a player developer and mentor who builds character, leadership, and joy alongside football excellence. A dedicated family man, with Unshakeable Faith, he continues to pour his heart into the program and his athletes.
